We need to consider the access road to the IDPs camp's in Balerante, Klaten. The majority still a dirt road and rocky road. According to residents, the condition is caused by sand mining activities of Merapi. Balerante IDPs camp's evacuation will be difficult if the eruption occurred during heavy rainfall.
